MICHAEL SVAB
A partner in MDM Productions, along with Martin Dejdar, Jiri Novotny, and
Martin Ferdus, Mr. Svab runs the day to day Creative Development of
projects at the company.
He attended UCLA Film School, and holds an
advanced Degree in Chemistry from Prague's oldest and most revered school,
Charles University.
THE MANOR is his first feature film.
LAWRENCE MORTORFF
A Producer and an Executive Producer for over twenty years in Hollywood,
Mr. Mortorff has produced such notable films as: JUNGLE BOOK, for Disney,
PINOCCHIO for Disney, and MARIA'S LOVERS.
He was formerly head of legal
affairs for Martin Scorsese and at ICM.
MARTIN FERDUS
A partner in MDM Productions, along with Martin Dejdar, Jiri Novotny, and
Michael Svab, Mr. Ferdus runs the day to day Business Development at the
company.
GREGORY CASCANTE
The Chairman of the Board for CEO Films,
Mr. Cascante was formerly Head of Worldwide Sales and Distribution for
Kushner-Locke Productions, and August Entertainment.
JIRI NOVOTNY
A partner in MDM Productions, along with Martin Dejdar, Michael Svab, and
Martin Ferdus, Mr. Novotny runs the day to day Accounting Department at the
company.
MARTIN DEJDAR
A partner in MDM Productions, and one of Eastern Europe's most well known
and well loved actors, Mr. Dejdar has twice won The Czech Lion, the highest
film honor in the Czech Republic.
His pictures include: THE DANCE INSTRUCTOR, Franz Kafka's AMERIKA.
LAUREN LUND BERRIS
As co-owner of Berris Pictures for the past ten years, she has participated in numerous film and video projects as writer / producer / coordinator.
Having worked as a newspaper journalist, and Costume Designer in California,
Ms. Berris holds a degree in English and Creative
Writing from The University of California at Santa Barbara.
She has also
attended The University of Minnesota, and Loyola University.
